1. How do I view, modify or cancel a reservation?

Enter the reservation number and your last name through Manage reservation to view, modify or cancel a reservation, or log in to My profile and click on My stays to view, modify or cancel a reservation. The cancellation of the reservation must meet the requirements of the Hotel Reservation Conditions.


2. Why can't I cancel my reservation?

The cancellation must meet the requirements of the Hotel Reservation Conditions. Your reservation cannot be cancelled after 6: 00 p.m. (hotel local time) on the day of arrival, and the reservation for points redeemed cannot be cancelled.


3. Can I still earn points if I did not make a reservation through Swisstouches official website?

Points can only be earned through reservations made on Swisstouches official website or Swisstouches hotels or resorts.


4. What do I do if I forgot the User ID & password?

Your SwissChoice card number, e-mail or mobile number can be used to log in. If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot password on the login page.


5. Is joining the SwissChoice free of charge?

Yes, membership is free!


6. What are the requirements for joining SwissChoice?

As long as you are 18 years old, you will be able to apply by providing an email and name information.


7. How will I be able to earn points?

You can earn 10 SwissChoice points on every eligible US dollar you spent at Swisstouches Hotels & Resorts by staying in rooms, eating at our food and beverage outlets, SwissChoice member activities and other eligible charges that meet the point's criteria.


8. What are the different levels of the SwissChoice Loyalty Program?

The SwissChoice Loyalty Program has three levels: Premium (0-20 room nights), Gold (21-50 room nights) and Platinum (50+room nights). For more information click on SwissChoice on the menu.


9. How do I view my points?

After log in, enter My account to see points, membership levels and nights earned.


10.How long is the validity period of my points?

All points will expire after 12 months if there's no account activity. But it's easy to maintain your points balance. Just earn or redeem once a year through any of our Swisstouches Hotels & Resorts or partners.
